The first visit

Most players decide whether they'll come back within their first few visits. This is about what happens the first time someone walks in.

From booker to regular

Done

A casual player books when it suits them. A regular has a fixed time each week. This is where that habit forms — or doesn't.

Belonging

Done

People don't quit their friends. Once someone belongs to a team or a group, leaving the club means leaving people behind.

Knowing your players

You can't act on what you can't see. If a question about your players takes a week to answer, you'll never act on it.
